Processing and delivery times:

• 24 to 72 working hours from the time the order is placed,
• 4 to 10 working days (UK and overseas).

Order tracking: key information

Tracking number
You will automatically receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you cannot find it, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

‘Order not found’ status:

• Don’t worry, this simply means that tracking has not yet been activated in the system.
• This can take up to 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch.

Tracking not updated: it is perfectly normal for the tracking status to remain unchanged for 2–4 working days, depending on the carrier. This does not mean your parcel is held up. Thank you for your patience.

• Always quote your order number when contacting us (e.g. #11452).
• Customer service response time: within 24 working hours.
• Enquiries sent without an order number will not be prioritised.
